・There is no curfew in our hostel. Please be considerate for other guests during the night time.

Do you provide amenities such as shampoo, soap, and etc?
・We provide some amenities such as rinse-in-shampoo, body soap, cotton buds and hand-soap. Bath towel and toothbrush are available for an extra charge of 50YEN.

Is there any convenience store near the hostel?
・There are convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, and a 100YEN shop within 5～10mins walk from our hostel

Is there internet available in your hostel? How about WI-FI?
・Free WI-FI access is available in our hostel.
・There are 4 computers in the living room. (Free of charge, 24hours)

Is there any bicycle rental service available?
・Yes, available for 300 yen/day from June to October.

Are bed linen include in the room fee?
・Room fees include linens such as pillow case, bed sheets, and blankets.

Where are our guests from?
・Our guests are from many countries such as Japan, Taiwan, China, South Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong,
Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, United States, Europe and etc.

Can I pay by credit card on check in?
・Yes, we can accept credit card (Visa, Master, AMEX, JCB, Unionpay).

Can I stay with my children in a dorm room?
・We are afraid that we cannot accommodate children under the age of 10 in any dormitory room. Please book a private room to stay with children.
・All children under 6 years stay at no extra charge when using existing beds.
・All children aged 7 or over stay at adult rate even when using existing beds.

Is there a security locker in the dormitory room?
・Yes, we provide a security locker for valuables for each guests in our dormitory rooms.

Is there any bank? Where do I exchange or withdraw money?
・Banks are situated near Odori station. (ATM/Exchange)
・Post office is 2 blocks away from our hostel and just 5min walk. (ATM/Exchange)
