Destination: Mt. Takao (599m) by chartered bus trip
In 2007, Mt. Takao was rated 3 stars by the Michelin Guide! It is located within an hour of downtown Tokyo, and about 2.5 million people visit annually. You can reach the top in about 2 hours and, unlike Mt Fuji, it is a reasonably easy hike. On the sides of the trail there are numerous temples and shrines that you can visit. It is said that Tengu, long nosed, winged, red faced creatures live in this mountain. When the weather is clear, the view of Mt. Fuji and Tokyo is beautiful.
Mission: taking many pictures for photo competition! The competition will be held at after party. You can take many photos such as funny, crazy, serious... any!!! and make new Japanese friends and find Mt. Takao!!
The number of participants: 45 persons maximum
* 29 Japanese and 16 Non-Japanese in case of maximum
Reservation: Need reservation at the reception of the Khaosan Tokyo branch (Original/Annex/Smile/Ninja/Samurai/Kabuki) where you stay.
* The reservation will be completed with the payment but we could keep the reservation by email. So please ask for the availability.
Fee: 2,000 JPY (Tax included) *cash only
* The fee includes only Bus fee from Asakusa to Mt. Takao, and travel insurance. The fee for After Party is NOT included.
